Sinden delivers new build projects across all sectors in which we work, including residential, education, healthcare, community and leisure, as well as building sympathetic extensions to heritage buildings.
New build projects often come with their own particular challenges, such as building adjacent to Network Rail assets, dealing with party wall matters, diverting existing services, getting new service infrastructure to site, or Section 278 agreement works on the public highway. Our team understand how to manage these, as well as the planning approval process to keep your project on track. We keep you informed every step of the way.

Sinden delivers refurbishment and adaptation projects across all our sectors, including occupied schools, healthcare facilities, community buildings and commercial premises. Working in live, operational environments means sequencing, access and stakeholder communication matter as much as the construction itself. Our programmes are built around the people using the building, keeping services running and disruption to a minimum throughout.
Working in existing buildings often entails dealing with unknowns.
