Sinden has successfully completed cladding remediation works at Arc Tower, a fully occupied residential building comprising two conjoining towers of 23 and 18 storeys, located on a busy main road in Ealing.

The scheme involved the removal and replacement of all combustible cladding elements and a full remediation of the building envelope. Works included new façade and roof cladding, a new glazed balustrading system, aluminium decking and installation of a new monorail access system. Funding for the works was supported by the Government Building Safety Fund.

Delivering these works within a fully occupied building required careful planning and close coordination throughout. We would like to thank the residents and on‑site concierge team for their patience and cooperation, alongside the client, consultants and supply chain for their support in delivering this important building safety scheme.
