Successful Completion of Arc Tower Cladding Remediation Scheme

The scheme involved the removal and replacement of all combustible cladding elements and a full remediation of the building envelope. Works included new façade and roof cladding, a new glazed balustrading system, aluminium decking and installation of a new monorail access system. Funding for the works was supported by the Government Building Safety Fund.

Delivering these works within a fully occupied building required careful planning and close coordination throughout.
