54 New Homes Delivered for Clarion at Ravensbury Estate

Residents of Ravensbury Estate are now settling into modern, energy-efficient homes following the successful completion of Phase 2 on behalf of Clarion Housing Group. This phase delivered 54 high-quality new homes—23 houses and 31 apartments—as part of Clarion’s £1 billion Merton Regeneration Project to revitalise the area and support long-term community growth.

The new homes include a mix of one- to four-bedroom properties, each designed for comfort and quality of life. Every home benefits from private outdoor space—gardens, terraces or balconies—creating welcoming environments for residents and families.

A key focus of the project was the sensitive relocation of existing residents. A phased handover ensured people could move into their new homes smoothly, maintaining continuity and the strong sense of community that defines Ravensbury Estate.

Overcoming Project Challenges
