Sinden has been reappointed by UK Parliament to its Construction Partnership Framework, having originally been appointed under the predecessor framework. This continued appointment reflects our proven track record of delivering successfully within the unique and highly sensitive Parliamentary Estate environment.

The framework enables the delivery of essential conservation projects across the estate, supporting the preservation of nationally significant buildings.

Our appointment covers the following Lots:

  • Lot 3 – Medium Value Construction Works
  • Lot 4 – Low / Minor Value Construction Works

These works are critical to ensuring that the business of Parliament continues without interruption, whilst minimising operational impact and reducing long-term risk. They respond to the needs of a modern, 21st-century Parliament, addressing requirements within the existing building structure, fabric and services, whilst safeguarding the Palace of Westminster’s Grade I listed status and UNESCO World Heritage designation.

We are proud to continue our partnership with UK Parliament, supporting the protection and long-term stewardship of this historic asset.
