Verney House
The scheme required a full internal strip-out and complete reconfiguration of the existing space. The new design provided a series of specialist areas, including consultation rooms, therapy spaces, a family room, a welcoming lounge for visitors, and administrative offices. Staff facilities were upgraded through the installation of a new kitchen and compliant sanitary accommodation, including a DDA-accessible WC.
The project was delivered within a live, occupied building in a densely populated West London location. This required a considerate approach to minimise disruption for other tenants and nearby businesses. Noise had to be carefully managed, while extremely limited delivery space and storage capacity demanded innovative logistics solutions.

We placed strong emphasis on stakeholder communication and adaptive planning. Noisy works were scheduled around lunch breaks and early mornings before 9am, ensuring the least impact on adjacent users. Neighbours and surrounding businesses were kept fully informed of day-to-day schedules through regular updates, which built trust and reduced disruption concerns.
Our team worked closely with the client to select appropriate clinical and anti-ligature fixtures, ensuring compliance with healthcare design standards while enhancing aesthetics to create a therapeutic, non-institutional environment in line with NHS ambitions for patient care.
