Delivered for Peabody, the scheme provides 62 new affordable homes on a historic site dating back to 1746—previously used as a workhouse, infirmary, and hospital. The development consists of two contemporary residential buildings arranged around a landscaped courtyard with play areas and secure cycle storage, offering a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom homes.

Sustainability was a key focus, with features including a biodiverse roof, solar panels, and extensive planting to promote healthier living and an attractive environment for residents. The homes were delivered using BIM Level 2 processes, supporting quality and efficiency throughout design and construction.

Congratulations to everyone involved in delivering St Olaves, a significant achievement for the team and a positive addition to the local community.
