Confidential cladding fire remediation

Fire risk is being removed and confidence restored for residents
We are currently delivering complex fire risk remediation on a 16‑storey residential building in East London, home to around 200–300 residents.

The project involves removing combustible cladding and installing fully compliant fire‑safe façade systems, while preserving the building’s masonry and zinc appearance. Situated within a tightly constrained urban location, the works are being managed to protect residents, maintain trust and meet the evolving requirements of the Building Safety Act.

We have taken a proactive approach to risk management, early design validation and transparent communication. Working with specialist façade consultants, structural engineers and fire experts, we have developed compliant solutions to current safety standards. Dedicated resident liaison, regular drop-in sessions and clear updates ensure confidence for those living in the building. Continuous engagement with building control and regulators underpins compliance and prepares the project for Gateway 2 submission, covering both external and internal fire safety measures.
